This website
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking scripts and has no forms. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes visitors' IP addresses and request details to deliver pages and block attacks. Cloudflare describes this in its privacy policy.
If you email us, we use your name, email address and message to reply and to keep a record of the correspondence. The lawful basis is legitimate interests, which here means answering enquiries about our work. Our email is provided by Google Workspace. Google and Cloudflare may process data outside the UK under their own data protection terms. We keep correspondence for two years after the last message, unless it becomes part of a contract.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing jed.walsh@snowdropscience.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
